2d matrix code : Technifor's 2d Data matrix code

2D Matrix code : Mark and Read combines marking of 2d matrix code with reading and verification of that code. Parts can be marked with dot peen or laser, while tracking is handled through use of cameras. System makes it possible to track marked piece throughout manufacturing cycle. Information read from 2D matrix code is transmitted and saved to database in real-time at each step in production process. System can be used with company's Micro-Percussion marking units.
