• Marking data :
  - number corresponding to the production day,
  - serial number of part,
  - batch number (optional).
• Cycle time : 10 seconds.

A complete ergonomic work station designed to optimize the integration of :
- the marking system : marking head fixed on a dovetail device,
- the positioning of the parts,
- the clamping of the crankcase with respect to its shape and material,
- additional equipment for the weighing of the crankcases.

Furthermore, we have added a bar code reader that permits batch numbers to be recognized and marked.

Equipment involved :

• Marking head
• Dovetail with mechanical adjustment of the Z axis
• custom software.

Character fonts chosen : OCRA fonts because the data marked on the final part in cast iron must be perfectly legible.
