• Aim :
  - Marking the serial number of a part during the tank's lowering in a water container in order to test its sealing and waterproofness.
  - The controller code is marked during the rise form the tank at the end of the waterproof test to check that the last marking is correct.
  - If a leak is noticed, the code is not marked and the tank is taken away so that the problem can be found and resolved.

• CNR 210m marking machine with MR1A stylus equipped with a protection bellow.
• UCS 200 control unit with its integrated software.
  + 1 high legibility standart font.
  + 1 rectangle logo 20 x10 mm.

CONTROL MODE : The same number of marking files as operators will be created and saved in the memory of the UCS 200.

The keyboard makes it possible to choose corresponding files and to initiate the UCS in independent mode (series of marking).
