Cycle : The machine operator places the part to be marked on a support then manually starts the process.The pneumatic shutters close, the part is then clamped and the marking cycle begins. At the end of the marking, the part is released, the shutter opens and the operator replaces the marked part with a new unmarked one. A sound-proof enclosure maintains noise levels below 60 dBa during marking.

Equipment involved : Marking head with a marking field 100 x 80 + circular marking device + sound proof enclosure + standard software using radially aligned and linear marking programs.
