Identification and traceability for Individual Biofluid Storage Containers Needs:

  • Read a bar code label already attached to the part
  • Eject duplicate parts automatically
  • Marking of a unique identifier on each of the 48 wells: 10 alphanumeric characters (OCR readable) and DataMatrix code
  • Reread markings in order to validate the cycle
  • Record identifiers in a traceability data base

Requirements:

  • Full cycle time within 1 minute
  • Zero risk of non-conform parts: 100% verification rate
  • Small marking surface: diameter of the wells = 8.5mm
  • Customized work station installed in a clean room environment
